What would answering every inquiry be worth?

Put in your own numbers and get a rough answer: hours back, revenue recovered, cash freed, and how fast the setup pays for itself. Nothing you type leaves this page.

How this is calculated

Hours. People on the task × hours a week each × the share the coverage tier takes over (after hours 35 %, overflow 55 %, front line 85 %) = hours back a week. × loaded cost per hour ×50 working weeks = what that time is worth a year.

Revenue. Inquiries a month × lift × show rate × first-year value = revenue recovered a month. The lift is counted across all your inquiries, and all of it comes from the ones nobody reaches fast today (usually nine in ten). Moving 60 % of inquiries to an instant reply at +25 booking points is +15 overall, which is the default. It is capped at 25.

Cash. (Days to cash today − 7) × monthly revenue ÷ 30 = working capital freed, once. Seven days is about where same-day invoicing with polite reminders lands.

Payback. Setup ÷ (that time’s value a week + revenue recovered a week − the monthly price a week). If that is zero or less, it doesn’t pay back at these numbers, and the calculator says so.

The dashboard estimate. Answered within 60 s = inquiries × the tier’s share; booked = inquiries × (booking rate + lift); showed = booked × show rate. These are the counters your dashboard keeps once it’s live, so you can hold the estimate to account.

The worked example (a dental group with several locations):3 people on the phones × 40 hours at $18 loaded, overflow coverage; 400 inquiries a month, 20 % booked today, +15 points, 75 % show, $900 first-year value; 21 days to cash on $300,000 a month; $9,000 setup and $1,200 a month. That comes to 66 hours back a week (about $59,400 a year) and about $40,500 a month recovered. The button above loads it.
