This site collects almost nothing — no cookies, no trackers, no ad scripts. If you email or call, I use what you send only to reply and to do the work. If I run software for your business, your customers' data is yours and I only process it for you. I never sell anyone's data, and you can ask me to show, correct or delete what I hold at any time.

I want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they rely on. The target is WCAG 2.1 level AA. A few known gaps are listed below with their fixes. If anything gets in your way, tell me — I'll reply within two business days and fix it free of charge.

Service terms
How working together works, written to be read. Every job gets a written quote first, and a signed proposal or agreement always takes precedence over this page. You own what you pay for, response times are targets rather than guarantees, and I never hold your accounts, domain or code hostage.

Client portal terms & data processing addendum
These terms apply to businesses that use the client portal and the workflows I run for them. Keep your sign-ins safe and use the portal lawfully. Your customers' data stays yours — I process it only on your instructions, protect it, tell you within 72 hours if something goes wrong, and hand it back or delete it when we stop working together. No health information without a signed business associate agreement.

AI & automated communications
Some of the businesses I build for use an automated assistant to answer calls, texts or enquiries. It always says it's automated, tells you before a call is recorded, hands you to a person when you ask, and stops contacting you the moment you say so — reply STOP to any text or say "don't call me" on a call.
