Privacy

Privacy notice.

Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and I don't sell or share what it does.

What this site collects

If you contact me, I receive whatever you send — typically your name, email address, and a description of your business and what you're trying to do. I use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to do the work.

Anonymous analytics, if enabled. This site may use a privacy-friendly analytics service (Plausible or Umami) that counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. No personal data is collected and nothing is shared with advertising networks. If analytics is not enabled, nothing is collected at all.

No cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party ad scripts. Fonts and other assets are served from this site's own domain. The site remembers your appearance choice (light/dark) in your browser's local storage, and nowhere else.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
  • I don't share it with anyone except as needed to do work you've asked me to do.
  • I don't use your data to train AI models, and I choose providers whose terms don't either.

Client work

If I build or maintain software for your business, I treat your data and your customers' data as confidential. Access is limited to what the work requires, credentials are stored securely, and I'll sign a confidentiality agreement if you'd like one.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time what information I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Email goedelworks@gmail.com and I'll take care of it.

Changes

If this notice changes in a meaningful way, I'll update the date above. Questions are welcome at the same address.
