DQuestions
Things people usually ask.
Do you work with businesses outside Orlando?
Yes. I'm based in Orlando and I like meeting local clients in person, but most of the work happens over email, calls, and screen-shares. I've worked with people across the U.S. and the process is the same.
Do I own the code?
Yes, always. Everything I build for you — code, designs, accounts, domain, hosting — is yours from day one. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it and I'll hand it over cleanly, documented.
What if I already have a website or a developer?
That's fine. I can improve what you have, take over maintenance, or work alongside your current developer or vendor. If you just want a second opinion on a plan or a quote, that's a service too.
How do you handle AI and my customer data?
Carefully and in writing. Professionally I work under strict data-handling rules, and I bring that discipline to client data. Before anything goes live I'll tell you exactly what data goes to which provider and why, and we'll choose providers whose terms don't train on your data. Anything sensitive stays out of the model unless you've approved it, and there's a human review step wherever a mistake would be expensive.
What do you need from me to start?
A 20-minute conversation and a willingness to show me how things actually work today — the spreadsheet, the inbox, the process. From there I'll send a one-page proposal. If you say yes, a deposit and access to the relevant accounts gets us going.
Can you work with my existing vendor or software?
Almost always. Most modern tools have a way to connect to them, and I've worked with a lot of them. If something truly can't be connected, I'll tell you up front and suggest the least disruptive alternative.
What happens if I stop the care plan?
Nothing dramatic. Your site or tool keeps running, you keep everything, and I'll make sure you have the credentials and documentation to carry on. You can come back later for one-off work at the hourly rate.
Do you offer discounts?
For nonprofits, yes. I also offer a reduced rate to early clients in a type of business I haven't worked with before, in exchange for a case study and a reference. Just ask.
Want a number for your project?
Tell me what you're trying to do. You'll get a free call, a plain-English proposal, and an exact price — no obligation.
